Your physical and mental well-being is our number one priority. By closely following the latest advisories, we have introduced a strict ‘Covid Clean’ operation to ensure that you’ll have peace of mind whilst staying with us.

Like you, we are a fan of the spick and span so our cleaning and sanitisation operation includes:
 

 
  • Sanitising stations available in the hotel lobby, with staff adhering to strict hygiene standards such as wearing masks at all times.  
 
  • Increased cleaning and sanitising of common touchpoints every hour; areas including but not limited to – reception desk, hotel entrance doors, lift lobby buttons, lift buttons and handrails in lifts and lobby toilet entrance buttons, etc.
 
  • Easy to follow social distancing signage and markings in all of the hotel’s public areas and common spaces. 
 
  • Sanitising wipes in the gym in addition to increased cleaning and sanitising. 
 
  • Deep cleaning of rooms is undertaken – with staff wearing protective gloves and masks – using sanitising cleaner to ensure overall hygiene standards are met and covering high touchpoints, including but not limited to areas such as door knobs, remote controls, power switches, etc.
 

Contact Tracing Initiatives

Please note that we have also implemented contact tracing initiatives such as the SafeEntry system to log the check-in and check-out for all guests, hotel visitors, and employees.
